When the banner first appeared I saw only the words "hungover" and I immediately thought of the morning after drinking feeling. Then when I noticed the disgusting pictue of the hung over stomach I was taken back. It wasn't a pretty sight. Upon completion of the banner I got the impression they were advertising a product that one ... Read the complete review

I personally like plan, get down to business banners, if you have to have banners. Some of the banners or stupid, annoying and really do not represent the product or company very well. Multi-color, zigging, zagging, zooming, floating and popup up banners are extremely annoying to most people. In checking with my friends and family to see if ... Read the complete review

I think people are getting VERY banner blind now including me, however i do find that i pay a lot of attention to banners on dooyoo. They tend to look very high tech, lots of movement and very this century indeed!! The price runner banner in particular, is not only high tech and very modern looking, but it has some movement to it that catches your ... Read the complete review

Many of you moan about the number of ad's on this website as well as pop-up adds, however how do u think dooyoo pays people for doing this, the money doesnt come from nowhere, it comes from commission from these banners and pop-ups, so if u want to be paid, u have to put up with them, the more there are, the more your probably gonna get paid. I'm not a big banner fan myself. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't actually click on any banners unless it was specifically what I was looking for. I think that the Dooyoo banners are quite effective, but I think that all banners tend to interupt the page. But I think the banners have a friendly persona about them, colourful and ... The banner is sound init... Simplisity stands out most I think. The two colours look good together. the text is funky. Overall I think it is a funky peice of artwork. I work in a design studio and we produce all kinds of banners, anmaions, artwork, you name it, and the doo yoo banner is a good peice of work. Keep ... Read the complete review

***UPDATE AT BOTTOM*** Banner ads are commonplace on the majority of web sites. It is no surprise that Dooyoo have banner ads and I have no problem with them. Recently, however, a nastier type of ad has been creeping on to Dooyoo. A more devious ad, one that appears without warning. Yes, Dooyoo has started to use pop up ads!! And I have ... To be quite honest, i dont personally click on adverts or banners and this one was no different. Although this banner is eye catching it could do with being a bit more...........hip. The banner needs to appeal to a wider (younger especially) audience and needs to make the public want to actually click on the banner. Overall quite good, but ... Read the complete review

I never click on a banner on a website unless i see something that i fancy (which will be hardly ever!) banners to me are just something annoying that appear on your screen and are there just to annoy you because none of my friends click on banners because they find them annoying and they dont want to see the things that the banners are ... I am not a particular fan of advertising banners to begin with, but I know that they serve a purpose, and for that reason I believe that if they must be there, they should work! I wouldn't normally go out of my way to slate an advert, but I feel that the Martha Hill banner competition banner doesn't exactly grab my attention, ... Read the complete review

Don't wish to scald the hand that feeds but this banner for me does nothing. Okay I should correct myself. I don't click on any banners as I've been using the internet long enough to understand the relationship with the banner offering and the reality. Ie, it rarely delivers, and neglects privacy like Margaret Thatcher ... Read the complete review

The banner with the 2 computers is simple and easy to understand. But maybe a few sparks coming of the Misinformed computer. And if the one on the left was well advised why is it on dooyoo .co .uk (only joking). What else can I say well I like the colout sceme of dooyoo of green, it look really good. What who is it supposed to be advertising????? On the left we have a broken computer monitor with the word Misinformed . What's the purpose of a banner, if it isn't as an advert? I have always considered adverts a bit pointless anyway. I have never been swayed by the persuasions of a TV advert or otherwise. At the end of the day i consider that the qualities of a product will speak for itself when it hits the market. The Points For: ... Read the complete review

The banners are really good because you can leave what ever you want on it like if you had a business you could say come to my shop because it is hip hop and cool so come along? Personally, I don’t click on banners on any website. I don’t look up adverts. I don’t want to get paid for clicking on banners or ads. On many websites i get completely fed up with advert banners. They just waste your bandwidth. I never happen to click on them and just see them as degrading to the site. However, at Dooyoo the banners are neatly placed at the top of some pages with reasonable presentation. This i don't mind to much. They all in there own little space, having ...
