The London Evening Standard apparently looked at local government websites not so long ago, and according to this site, the Evening Standard made Enfield the "absolute winner". The absolute winner on what criteria, I wonder? I could suggest a few. For example, the absolute winner on "Looks like someone's put this together using a word processor"? Or perhaps the winner on "Almost impossible to get around since every page looks different" award? You might gather that I don't like the layout. It is, in short, awful.
