Advantages: Simple, informative, stylish.

Disadvantages: Too plain, not very attention grabbing.

I like this banner. It isn't animated, not in Java, no flashy effects, no monkey. But who needs that? The banner is simple, stylish, and it tells you just about everything you need to know at that point.

The reddy-orange background feels all warm and Christmassy, and the snowflakes add to that mood. The message 'Merry Christmas from everyone at Flying Flowers' not only tells you the name of the company but also gives the feeling that it's not just a faceless corporation, but a caring company full of real people who have the Christmas spirit in them.

This banner is simple and effective, but unfortunately it is hardly very attention grabbing, it needs a more dynamic style in order to draw people towards it. But overall it's quite good.
