The first impression one gets leaves a lot to desire. A very poor photo spoils what would otherwise be a nice Home page. Not a lot of information at this website, no information on who the councillors are, just a list of services but no link to tell you more about any of the services. Only useful thing is being able to pay bills over the internet although only by debit card. Things like a table of council taxes would be useful for prospective property buyers to look at.
