You know me by now – if I like something, I tend to write an opinion about it. Such is the case in this instance as the Glasgow City Council Internet Site has been on my ‘Favourites’ list or in my ‘Bookmarks’ since I first started what is now an intimate relationship with the Internet. I can only vaguely remember my first stumbling steps on to this excellent site.. I remember a dark green column and an easy to use front page.
