Guilford Borough Council

To write this opinion I began by visiting the website www.guildford.gov.uk and used that as a way of reviewing the services of the local authority. First let me say a word or two about the website. Frankly, its not particularly good, and certainly low tech. It is difficult to navigate around because the use of buttons is inconsistent from one page to another - "home" for example is not always found in the same place, and what appears to be a navigation bar on the left, varies from one page to another.
