Hantsweb (http://www.hants.gov.uk/) is what the web was created for. Hantsweb is not a flashy site, it's not brochureware and it's not trying to sell anything. Instead, it contains clear, concise information on a multitude of subjects, all carefully categorised and accessible by the wonders of the hyperlink. The site is kept constantly up to date by Hampshire Country council and new additions to the site are easy to find.
