This banner is bright and clear but does not give you that much information which is not bad because it sparks off an inquisitiveness which can attract people to follow the link

The animation does not look that good and this banner is a bit slow and this may cause people to loose interest in it.
It has a kind of summer theme with the butterfly and the blue background which attracts attention to it but it looks a bit fat.
