Or so our County Council Slogan cheerfully boasts, along with a picture of a windmill. And yes, before you ask, there are indeed lots of windmills in Norfolk. I live in Downham Market, which is in West Norfolk, and, as a primary school teacher working in King's Lynn, I am thus employed by Norfolk County Council. I therefore decided to visit the County Council's website to determine whether their promises ring true. The layout of the initial menu screen is actually quite simple, with a few main options on the screen, which in turn take you to different departments within the Council.
