At first glance I wondered whether I had anything constructive or informative to write on this subject. Wasn't the District Council just the people I send Council Tax installments to each month and that was that, I let them get on with it? Then I looked round and realised I was taking more of an interest in the council than I had imagined. North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) have seemingly surreptitiously entered my life. When I thought about it I had been in touch with the council.
