Firstly I must say that the Nottingham City Council website is very poorly designed. I know that the County Council did it for them, so perhaps it was sabotaged intentionally! The unprofessionalism of their web site is equalled only by the lackadaisical nature of their employees. It seems that no one at the council either has the power, or the desire to get anything done. An example of this is very evident in Nottingham's roads. I am not exaggerating when I say the state of the highways is diabolical.
