OK so have heard the exspression never judge a book by it's cover, it may be plain on the outside but once your start to read it you find you can't put the book down. This is one way you can describe Plymouth's City Councils website on first impressions when you get to their starter page you would probably think how dull and boring looking but actually it is very interesting with loads of information about Plymouth and it's services available. The navigation at their site is very easy and well laid out which adds to the enjoyment of browsing through the site, with all it's links working unlike many sites I have been to. *~*IT MAKES A ...
