Telford and wrekin council can be one of the most frustrating places at time but then agin it can be fantastic, i have found it very usefull on a number of times but some times feel like i am hitting my head against a brick wall.
The other day i asked them to comee and cut my bushes and tree back, i got though quickly and the ladie at the other end was very nice, she took all my details and said that they would speak to the contracter and they would be in touch, a week or so later the contracter left a message saying that he had been out and identified 3 branches that were touching the house and would be out shortly to cut them back (why did they not cut them there and then). A couple of days later we come home and found that they had cut them right of, this was fine with us but what about the bushs that have now pushed all my fence panels out, So again i phoned this time i had a short sharp prickerly women on the phone who said that they had not processed the request and that she would do it now and it should be done in a couple of weeks, when i said that i was phoning up every 3 months to get this done could it not be put in a rota or something after all i pay my council tax and she said no. I have no waited 6 weeks since that first phone call and still awaiting for my bushs to be cut down. So all in all an ok services but with problems
