Marks and Spencers in general: ... and Spencers definitely sells great quality food but what about the clothes? Well, the fashions not really to my taste so I probably wouldnt buy anything in here for myself,I would say it appeals to the over 30 rather then teenagers, however, when it come to childrens clothes and especially baby grows I wouldnt go anywhere else. The babygrows wash really well, they dont shrink or go hard and always remain sof...

lazytowner My Experience of Anxiety and Panic Attacks
... years I woke up in the middle of night and I just could not breathe , at the time my husband and I were living with his parents and my husbands mum is a practice nurse so we woke her up and she thought I must be having some sort of asthma attack even though I had never had asthma before. My chest hurt so much and I was very breathless , my mother in law got me a paper bag and told me to breath into it . It took a while but eventually I calmed down. ... love tattoos too ! I got my first one last year after lots of thinking about it ! I decided to get my daughters initials tattooed on my wrist. The tattoo itself was done really quickly, but I was glad as ...

I do regret my first tattoo though as I was only 17 and I really wanted one to see what they were like so I decided just to have a small flower on my upper arm. I really wish I hadn t had this as even though it was not really expensive (£10) I don t think it serves a purpose as its so small it looks lost on my arm. I Am thinking of having another and covering that up. I had my second tattoo when I was 20 and this one I really like. It was of a bee and that was on my other arm. I don t know why I chose to have a bee I just really liked the picture at ...
