Advantages: No tablets to take, help to reduce sickness

Disadvantages: Expensive

During my first pregnancy, I suffered awful morning sickness like you wouldn;t believe. Itried everything, ginger biscuits, plain biscuits etc, ginger ale and nothing worked.

In desperation I tried the Boot Accupressure bands - they are meant for travel sickness but work just as well for morning sickness. You simply place them round your wrists and do them up so that the little knobbly bit is pressing against a certain point (follow the instructions carefully).

I found that although they didn;t stop my morning sickness completely ( i don;t think anything would have done that!) they did help to reduce it, so I that I only felt queasy instead of throwing up everywhere!

They aren't cheap - around £7.50 a pair, but they are worthwhile. If you suffer morning sickness or travel sickness, give them a go. It means no tablets to take and they're easy to use and comfortable too.
