Advantages: A little goes a long way

Disadvantages: Unfortunately it can turn some people all poetic..loosely!

With a name like ‘Scattyredhead’,
I really could not resist,
The chance to do a shampoo op,
Was an opportunity not to be missed!

See ‘scatty’ I have always been
But red? Well no, I’ve not
See hair products are my favourite things,
And boy do I have a lot!

There are shampoos and conditioners,
Serums, mousse, and gel,
All piled up on my bathroom shelves
What a mess it would make if it fell!!

So I lined them all up neatly
Ready to put to the test.
I started at the beginning of the week
Ermm, now which one was the best?

On Monday it was John Frieda’s turn
Sheer blonde was the chosen one.
But I have to disagree right here,
‘Cos redheads have more fun!

On Tuesday I was in the shower,
With Toni AND with Guy!
I can’t recall what the shampoo was like
But, Oh did the time fly!

For Wednesday I chose Nicky Clarke,
He of, ‘This Morning’ fame.
I used his ‘sweet like chocolate’ brand
To look like Brittney was my aim!

Thursday I just took a rest,
From all these fancy brands.
I grabbed and got ‘ol Tescos own
And poured some in my hands.

By Friday I was quite worn out
By all this bloody testing
So that night I used just VO5
My locks they needed resting

They describe it as revitalising
Of that I am very pleased
Cos after a week with all of these men
That’s what I really need!

It’s thick and it is creamy
And you don’t need to use very much
It leaves my hair all nice and smooth
And very nice to touch!

It’s cheap and it is cheerful
And it’s very plain to see
That Crystal Tipps is no more
VO5 does it for me!

I’ve gone for VO5 as my shampoo of choice,
I knew you would be pleased!
And finally come to the end of t

Of which you will be relieved!

Now if you’re sat there wondering
Who the hell is Crystal Tipps?
Her and Alistair of 70’s kids TV fame
Was one of the biggest hits!
