The nose should be clasped for 1 minute then checked to see if the bleeding has stopped. The timing is important so use a stopwatch if possible. Premium Review Anaphylaxis: Nosebleeds-The Truth about curing them (219 words)
by - written on 22/08/01 (Very useful, 99 readings)
Rating:

A short article on curing nosebleeds. Nosebleeds can be caused by an allergy or by a sudden impact on the nose. There is not much you can do to stop them occurring, but there is a routine you can follow to help cure one once it happens. Premium Review Nuts to you (504 words)
by - written on 15/06/01 (Very useful, 98 readings)

Does it matter, well probably to you no, but ...  Read the complete review

Rating:

I dread the summer for one reason - wasps! I'm not scared of them, as some people are, although I probably have more reason to be than most, since I am unfortunate enough to be severely allergic to the little blighters stings. I was lucky enough to reach my late twenties before getting my first ever wasp sting. Looking back, this was hardly surprising, since my mother suffered from the same allergy, and most of my childhood was spent avoiding anything black and yellow which buzzed through our garden or arrived uninvited at our picnics. I can remember that first sting only too well. My then boyfriend (now husband) and I had gone out somewhere. It was ...  Read the complete review
