Aussie, a Proter & Gamble product, does indeed conduct animal testing. For more info on companies that do/don't test their products on animals go to www.NAVS.org (National Anti-Vivisection Society) & search their list of companies.
It breaks my heart that Aussie tests because it was 1 of the few that truly worked magic on my hair, which led me to to do more research. Do your homework folks!

I have tried all sorts of shampoos and conditioners, but the first one I found that worked for my slightly dry hair was the body shops various weird and wonderful recipes. I was using these for a couple of years, and I was fairly happy with them. it is very important to me that the products I use do not contribute to the suffering of animals , and I knew that the body shop was against animal testing.
