Advantages: Whole range, Not tested on animals, ph balalnced
Disadvantages: expensive
As many of you already know i am mum to two boys, the first aged almost 5 and the second one aged 10 months. As i was pregnant with my second i thought i would be quite experienced with baby care skin products...and i was sure i would have bought righe the same products i used to buy for my first child. That was a mistake...because as soon as i entered one of those shops specialized for baby products i noticed on the shelf the Avent Line baby products...I had already known about avent breast pump to be the best on market and also about the Avent bottles...larger and more natural than the usual ones. What i didn't know was the Avent bath and body care products for our little jewels... So i went on and decided to buy the complete range..well that was quite expensive and i had to use my credit card for the bill...actually i must admit these avent baby products are not cheap at all...even compared to the most expensive ones you can find in a supermarket...but the money spent was completely worth. Avent babycare products consists of a baby Body and Hair wash; a baby Liquid Talc, a baby massage gel and a Baby bottom balm; a baby Cleanser and Moisturer. The whole ranga has the same right blend of plant, flower and milk extract that can smooth and protect the delicate skin of our babies. The whole range is mildly fragranced and is ph balanced so that it doesn't result too strong, but it feel smooth, mild and gentle on the skin. The baby hair and body wash is a hypoallergenic and no tears creamy solution to wash the baby's hair and body, with just one product. That's very useful when you have to wash the baby on your own as you don't need to change product from hair and body and it is simple and faster.... It feels light and soft and of course it smells lovely. After the bath, after having dried the baby try to put some liquid talc. it is a soothing lotion which contains almond oil and milk proteins..as you move your hands on
the baby skin it becomes a wonderful, light protective powder to smooth and soften your baby's skin. Just a few minutes before bed time i use some avent baby massage gel, a lovely gel, a magic mixture of milk, almond oil and lavender to relax, soften and calm down even the most stressed and agitatd baby. I dare say that both of us get relaxed and calm after the massage...useful for mother and baby. Everytime i have to change my baby then i use some bottom balm to soothe, moisturize adn prevent irritation of the bottom. I can say this balm is one of the best ever tried in my life...soft and delicate, easy to massage and water resistant, it contains allantoin, chamomile, and calendula extracts. And last but not least there's the wonderful baby cleanser and moisturer, a light milk conntaining avocado oil and milk proteins to be used whnever during the day, to wash baby's hands, face but even to be used by parents...it smells delicate and it 's so creamy...something really to try. And if you wish to make a lovely present to a new mum...well Avent has thought about this too...a useful baby must-haves is a gift set that contains the whole range in miniature...i bought this one too this summer before going on holiday...i couldn't manage without my avent products otherwise. I am really recommending Avent baby products as they are really good and though a bit more expensive compared to other baby products the quality of their components, the lovely fragrance and the variety of the range make this line really unique and the money is good spent (by the way...i have noticed some differences in prices according to the shop i was buying them...they may vary a lot from one place to another and from one product to another).Since i have been using the avent baby products bed, change and bath time has become a pleasure for him and for me as well.
