Premium Review Boots Conditioners: Boots Conditions - More for Less (364 words)
by - written on 14/11/01 (Very useful, 75 readings)
Rating:

There are several conditioners in the Boots range, but to date, I have only tried two, the Acacia Honey, and the Tea Tree conditioners. Acacia Honey ----------------- This yellow conditioner is for coloured, permed or damaged hair and is enriched with natural Acacia Honey extract, which nourishes hair which has been damaged by colouring, perming or heat styling. It helps to protect against split ends and improves the vitality of the hair, restoring bounce and shine, whilst enhancing the colour and of your hair. It also helps to protect against further damage, and leaves your hair soft, full of body, and manageable. Tea Tree ----------- ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Botanics Leave In Conditioning Spritz (284 words)
by - written on 24/02/02 (Very useful, 155 readings)
Rating:

When working in Cyprus during the summer months I tested out numerous leave in hair products. These are the best type of conditioner if you have to subject your hair to six months of sum and work well when combined with an intensive conditioner too. This was my favourite by the end of last summer. The Botanics Leave In Conditioner seems to be part of an increasing range under the Botanics heading that use plant extracts. You will often find extra reward points available on this product. The conditioner itself consists of wheatgerm extract and fennel seed. Unlike many leave in conditioners, it is a spritz which makes it much easier to apply evenly ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Boots Conditioners: Boots Horse Chestnut conditioner for brunettes (353 words)
by - written on 25/08/00 (Very useful, 89 readings)
Rating:

Let me begin by saying I'm not a brunette. My hair is usually reddish-golden blonde in colour, so when I realised I'd picked up this bottle by mistake I wondered if I should take it back. But having just finished my previous conditioner, I had little choice but to give it a whirl. And after all, what could it do in a couple of washes? The answer was to leave my hair soft and shiny and smelling gorgeous. It didn't change the colour at all, and this is now my favourite conditioner. Things I particularly like: * you don't need to use loads like with some conditioners; it spreads nicely through your hair, and is really good for ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Coconut - leave in conditioner (105 words)
by - written on 25/09/00 (Useful, 106 readings)

Having dry hair I could never find a good conditioner that will help keep my hair looking and feeling nice. Then I found this one. Not expensive, yet not cheap either at £1.79 for a small 150ml bottle, but it does last a long time so is worth the money. You wash your hair as normal and the spray the hair using the pump action bottle and that's it ..... style your hair and off you go ....... lovely ..... no messsing about washing it out ...... and my hair feels great ....... and as an added bonus that lovely coconut scent ..... mmmmmm.... 10 out of 10 boots well done. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Boots Conditioners: coconut cool! (118 words)
by - written on 27/11/03 (Somewhat useful, 20 readings)

This is a great conditioner, especially if you're in a hurry. All you need to do is spray a but onto your hair (if you find your hair gets knotty easily, spray as much as you like, it won't make your hair look or feel greasy). It detangles your hauir, and leaves it feeling and looking soft and shiny, with the lovely smell of coconut! You can use it as well as an ordinary conditioner, but don't need to. If you sue this all the time, I recomend 0occasionally using a deep moisturising conditoner once a month or something (which is advisable whatever conditoner you use, but deep moisturising conditoners are not for everyday use). ...  Read the complete review
