I started on these vitamin suppliments a few months ago and they have made a great difference, you do have to wait a week or 2 to see the difference so please don't look for instant results. Centrum gives you 100% of the RDA of the following Vitamins and Minerals: Vitamin A, C, D, E, B1, B2, Niacin, B6, Folic Acid (Folacin), B12. Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Zinc and Iodine.
