I started on these vitamin suppliments a few months ago and they have made a great difference, you do have to wait a week or 2 to see the difference so please don't look for instant results. I suffer from a number of ailments and this was recommended to me by a neutrisionist and it has improved my life in general. I never really knew the effects multivitamin tables could have until I started taking Centrum A to Z complete. Now this might sound like a complete ploy for the pills but they've helped me out alot since I started taking them. Centrum is a multivitamin and mineral supplement. It is fairly expensive compared to most others, but when you read the stats, it's worth it. Centrum gives you 100% of the RDA of the following Vitamins and Minerals: Vitamin A, C, D, E, B1, B2, Niacin, B6, Folic Acid (Folacin), B12. Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Zinc and Iodine.
