Chakra/Power Beads

I've heard that these stones only work in harmony with certain people, which is confusing enough on its own (the bracelets presumably have no money-back guarantee after 28 days!). Power Beads (or Chakra beads as they are also known) are a relativeley new concept to me, and on the advice of my hippy mother I was told that I needed to buy some! If (like me up until two days ago!) you have never heard of them, here is my primitive understanding of what they do. They take the form of a beaded bracelet made up of semi precious stones. It seems the latest craze amongst people searching for a better life are POWER BEADS a kind of bracelet with beads on. They are all the rage on the home shopping channels and they are charging the earth for them, claiming that they have mystical powers due to the different crystal beads that they use. In my opinion these bead bracelets are nothing more than a glorified bangle on a piece of elastic, I have seen just as good a bangle come out of a Christmas cracker at Christmas time. Power beads are very pretty beads - just a fashion craze, I actually sell power beads and I love them dearly and have LOTS myself but the properties they embody - supposedly, is a load of claptrap in my opinion, there are many stunning naturally produced stones and I think the best thing about power beads is pondering on the glory of nature and the huge diversity of its creation, I see stones every day and they blow my mind away that's the healing power of natural stones in my opinion it gives one pause for thought they won't make you richer, more loveable,more successful and all the rest.... ...  Read the complete review

Power beads...hmmmm? I used to have similar bracelets when I was 5 and it was kinda the thing to have dodgy pink beads round your wrist, so I have to admit to being very concerned when I saw them popping up all over the high street. The theory is that these beads have different strengths depending on the colour and style, and so you choose the right beads for you, be it happiness, anti stress, fertility, love, money, whatever you can probably find it somewhere in the shops, you then wear them and hey presto life will be so much better.
