When I first saw power bracelets, I thought that they were just a fashion statement, and a good looking one at that, ideal for men and women alike.

Now I'm not the sort of person that easily believes in complementary medicine, the power of stones etc. However my fiancee recently started a crystal healing diploma (yes they actually do diplomas in that!), and I have to say it has had a positive impact on her.

What is more different stones help her in different ways such as rose quartz for relaxation. She has now put together quite a collection of different crystals - some as power bracelets, some as necklaces and some as stones, and she believes in them and there power.

What is more she is trying to convince me of the power of what is really a lump of rock. Arguements based on science and the use of crystals in radio transmitters and quartz watches have helped, but most of all I have seen her relaxed and energised by crystals.

Whether it is all in her mind, and the crystal is just a passage for positive thought and belief it may be, or they may really have some power. Try a power bracelet, it could really help you, and even if it doesn't have power it is still a fashion item!
