Advantages: Pretty and trendy this season

Disadvantages: No evidence (on my part anyway) that they actually work.

I've heard that these stones only work in harmony with certain people, which is confusing enough on its own (the bracelets presumably have no money-back guarantee after 28 days!). Speaking as an owner of a Rose Quartz bracelet (supposed to help you on the way with romance) and a wooden one (luck), can't say that I've had a bevy of sexy men and good fortune throw themselves at me over the last few weeks. Oh well, maybe it's just the weather...

Power beads can be effective, depending on how you wear them, whether you have cleansed them and that they are genuine gem stones and not dyed materials.

Rose quartz, if worn on the left hand will help one to learn to love themself better and be the recipitent of more love than usual.

It helped my niece to wear one following a very bad patch. She had given up on herself and was very self-destructive. I honestly believe it helped her no end once she began wearing it.
It is important to cleanse all negative energies on bracelets or any gem put in contact with the body.

This is done by placing the item in cold water with a feww teaspoons of sea salt added. Leave on a windowsill for a couple of hours and remove and leave to dry in the suns natural rays.

Crystals,g emstones, precious and semi-precious stones have many hidden powers. It is knowing how to use them that makes the difference.
