Advantages: makes my hair great, nice smell, always on offer

Disadvantages: none

Well, hot on the heels of my Toni & Guy review, I had to do this one, because this is my favourite haircare range.

I fist tried Charles Worthington last year. I don't particularly like shelling out money on a product that might not be suitable, and with designer hair products like these, it can result in you losing money.

I had always seem this range in the shops, but never indulged in them, then last year my mind was changed. The company decided to do a small version of these products. The normal sized Shampoo and Conditioners come in 250ml bottles, but the mini range comes in 75ml bottles. Now this is more expensive than the larger ones at £1.50 each, but it is a great way to try a thing, and if it isn't suitable, then it isn't a large amount of money you have lost.

The mini Shampoo and Conditioner I chose was for combination hair. I always thought I just had greasy hair, but I had a hair consultation and my hairdresser says my roots are greasy, but my ends sometimes tend to be quite dry - and this is exactly what type of hair combination products are for.

The Shampoo is in a dark pink bottle. The bottles are sort of square shaped, with a flip top lid. The liquid is also dark pink. The smell from this is amazing. It is quite floral, but not overpowering. It just has a really clean, fresh smell. The liquid is thick and this is a good thing. You only need a small amount to make a good lather, so the bottle is pretty economical. It is easy to wash out and makes my hair great.

The Conditioner is also in a pink bottle, but it's a much lighter colour. The liquid is very light pink. You only need a small amount of this as well. The Conditioner is very thick, but also the smallest amount of Conditioner goes a long way and makes my hair silky smooth.

So after my very sucessful purchase of the mini bottles, I bought the full sized ones. They are 250ml and cost £3.99 each. Get yourselves to Boots sometime
though as they are on 3 for the price of 2. This offer only started on Wednesday, so it will be on for the next 6 weeks. The mini ones are also on offer. I would always advise buying 2 shampoos to 1 conditioner, as you will always go through much more Shampoo. Boots often have these on offer, so it is best to stock up.

As with all haircare ranges this company caters for all hair types - greasy, combination, dry, damaged, coloured and so on, so you will always find one suitable for you.

You should try it and let me know your verdict. If you have tried it - let me know if you are a fan.
