Colonic IrrigationNewest Review: ... a brilliant therapist at Number One Colonics who put me at ease and explained everything as we went along. i found the proceedure much more comfortable and dignified than I had expected and the way I felt afterwards was just amazing. I also lost 3lbs - a bonus! I have booked to go back again and would recommend it to anyone who has never tried it. If you stay in the West of Scotland then I would definately recommend this practice as Sally is brilliant and a Registered Nurse so I felt in very safe hands. I hope this is useful for anyone thinking about trying this as you will feel lighter and brighter afterwards, just as I was promsed. I have... more |

Having had some medication that did not agree with me I decided to detox with a colonic to finally get rid of the toxins that were in my colon. The actual colonic was fine, I chose a female therapist to save embarrassement. Before the treatment she explained everything, what instruments she was going to use and what would happen. I had to empty my bladder first as the colonic can press against your bladder. The tube was them inserted and I was so tense, feeling completely embarased. The therapist then started to pump the water in, holding it inside until I felt the irge to go. I then said OK to the therapist and she released all of the water. The therapist had a ... Colonic irrigation is a supplementary health practice which cleans the colon by flushing it with warm purified water. And unfortunately, when it comes to the colon, there's only one way in. Bend over, take deep breaths and think of something more pleasant. Colonic irigation claims to undo the damage caused by the processed western diet and also give relief from many health problems which have their origin in the gut/colon/bowel. Years of unhealthy eating result in our intestines getting clogged up with all manner of residues from sticky, starchy, overprocessed foods. These then harbour bacteria which can give rise to all manner of problems, such as ... Read the complete review

You may think you are in reasonable health, simply because you can get upstairs without wheezing and you aren't in any pain. But have you any idea how good you could feel? Colonic irrigation has so many benefits I don't know where to start. Unless you've avoided red meat, dairy, and wheat for your whole life, then your intestines are full of rotten filth which is going nowhere and poisoning your blood and body a bit more every day. Furthermore this in turn means that you digest only a fraction of what you eat, meaning you need to eat more, which builds up the problem. You could be literally pouring £££s worth of food down the loo. And ... Read the complete review

There are only 70 qualified practitioners in the UK, yet we are the most constipated nation in the world! Colonic irrigation washes out your colon by a practitioner passing water through a tube inserted in your bottom. waste matter is drained out and directed straight into a disposal tube. There is no mess, and no smell! You do have to bare your bottonm, and lie with a tube up it for about 40 minutes, though, which most people might understandably find embarrassing. The sensation isn't unpleasant, just unusual. You may feel at times as if you "want to go", as waste moves down your colon and out. It can help a huge ... Read the complete review
