Advantages: painless, simple, very very good for you
Disadvantages: difficult for the British
You may think you are in reasonable health, simply because you can get upstairs without wheezing and you aren't in any pain. But have you any idea how good you could feel? Colonic irrigation has so many benefits I don't know where to start. Unless you've avoided red meat, dairy, and wheat for your whole life, then your intestines are full of rotten filth which is going nowhere and poisoning your blood and body a bit more every day. Furthermore this in turn means that you digest only a fraction of what you eat, meaning you need to eat more, which builds up the problem. You could be literally pouring £££s worth of food down the loo. And that's not all. The build up of waste and gas in the intestines can make them mis-shapen and push them about, make them press on your diaphagm, which in turn then impedes your other organs. Some health practitioners estimate that as much as 90% of diseases have their origins in the digestive system and the rubbish we eat. Colonic irrigation is a simple, easy, painless way to put an end to all the above, at least for a while. But if you're like 95% of the population, you won't even consider it because you're too embarrassed to have a tube put up your bottom. What can I say without being rude? Get over it, perhaps. Everyone has a bottom. The colonic practitioner will have seen hundreds, if not thousands already, and will be experienced at putting you at ease. You can become drastically healthier in no time and actually feel a big buzz of energy in your abdomen after eating. It's excellent. Do it, I did.

- 26/10/06 This is something I've never really considered... and although it's not the most pleasant of thoughts to myself and countless other uptight Brits, I do quite fancy the thought of feeling the benefits from (quite literally) dumping the toxins from my system!
I may yet look into this... and allow someone to look into me in a sense! Eeeeek!!!

- 23/05/01 Hello, luce123,
I got it done at a local place in Oxford called the Wellbeing clinic. I'm not sure if posting their details is allowed, or indeed if they'd appreciate it, but send me an email and I'll let you know how to get in touch if you want to. |
