I had a strong opinion in me that was bursting to get out. The problem is I couldn't find a category in which to post it for it is far too general. OK, I know this would be better placed in the depression category, but I have already got an op there. This is the nearest alternative I could find - please don't shout at me... Anyway, as I have mentioned once or twice during my time at dooyoo, I do suffer from mild to moderate depression on and off, and have done so for a number of years.
