I always like to try alternative therapy but I was always sceptical about crystal therapy until I read an article in the Express. You see my mother is 66 years old. I've been collecting crystals for about a year now and have done some meditation with them and used them for back, neck and stress problems. They've always helped - to a greater or lesser degree - and that's part of the fun - exploring the possibilities. They're good to look at too and that can only help your feel good factor.
