i always buy imperial leather soap but decided that my daughters & I needed a bit more moisturiser so bought cussons pearl for a change i found it on offer at tesco.com - 4 x 125g for just 74p which is much cheaper than I've seen it elsewhere the soap comes in a white or pink colour - I chose the white to match our bathrooms the packaging is attractive - the cussons logo is clearly marked so is easy to locate and, even without opening the outer package, you can smell the nice fragrance the ingredients are listed on the outer packet & there is a free phoneline & postal address provided for questions or ... Inside the swirls of blue water design packaging there is a peal in fact 4 pearls are inside this wrapper. Each pearl soap is wrapped separately and then inside the larger wrapper. I bought my white pearl soap from Tesco this 4 pack soap cost 87p Asda and Sainsbury's are selling it for 88p each soap bar weighs 125g. I bought white pearl soap but it is also available in oyster pink so you can match it to your bathroom. The bar of soap is shaped one end it is rounded, fits the hand well. I think the shape is supposed to hint of a pearl shape. This soap has a really creamy lather. It lathers well .The smell is delicate light and soapy a pleasant ... Read the complete review

Cussons Pearl Soap is pretty reasonably priced and so we do use it from time to time. It isn't my favourite but that's not to say it isn't good. It comes in white or pink. I prefer to white one, simply because it looks more natural. What I love about these soaps is the great way that they lather. You don't need to use it for very long to work out a thick, creamy, foamy lather. Also the smell is good. It is very mild and not particularly interesting - just a sort of soapy smell. I cannot think of any other way to describe it! However, sometimes this is what you want from a soap. I tend to prefer the strongly scented soaps on the market but when wee are ... My preferred soap of use is Cussons' Pearl natural white soap. For the simple reason is that it is a simple soap and that's all that I require from a soap. I'm not concerned with perfumes (they irritate my skin anyway), or anything else (my skin responds to pH neutral or not), but I do like to have a creamy lather, and this is the king/queen of creamy soaps, and one extra benefit is that it is enriched with moisturisers atleast. I buy them in packs of 4 (packaged in light white and blue and posh font writing), equalling 500g (4x125g), and each soap as you'd expect is also individually wrapped. It's not specifically a ... If like my family you have boys and girls in the same household you probably have had the soap argument of thats too girlish or this is awful soap. In one small bathroom you could have lots of different soaps to please everyone! I have found one called Pearl that satisfies everyone. It is by Cussons so to start with you know its good. Its white and has a very pleasant smell but not too feminine or too masculine. The soap itself is white and one side is slightly curved so it fits nicely into the palm of your hand. It feels comfortable. It lathers into plenty of bubbles. It is creamy. The best of it is that it ... Read the complete review
