If you want hair-free legs, do you wax, shave or use a cream? Then if you wax do you use cold strips, sugaring or warm wax?

Well, I feel that I've tried most of them on the market, and in my opinion, if you want to wax your legs with something as good as they use in salons, but don't want to pay the price, then the waxer from BaByliss is THE one for you.

Unlike sugaring, it is less messy, and doesn't require any hot water to warm the wax. You have to buy the little heater which warms the wax, and I think this is around 26 pounds. The wax glides on beautifully with the little wax cartridge which is a little like a roll on deodorant.

Then once you have used the wax enclosed, new wax is around 7 pounds. Boots sells these. One wax cartridge does about 3/4 of two legs, if you are doing full wax on both legs. So to fully wax both of your legs, it will only set you back around a tenner. Not bad value. The set also comes will a smaller wax applicator, but I don't actually find this very useful.

So all in all, if you want to wax your legs, but don't want to pay salon prices, then this is the perfect solution. However, don't expect perfect results all over - unless you are a contortionist, as some areas can be a little difficult to reach.

There is really only one down side to this near perfect home waxer, and that is that refills can be hard to come across. Not really what you need to find out the night before a date!
