I have been using family planning for about six years now and have found them to be very helpful, they dont judge you they offer advice and support.I get all my contraception from the family planning and smears as they also do well women clinic. I found out I was preganant with my son at family planning and they offered me a choice of what I wanted to do if I wanted to keep the baby or have a termination although I decided I was keeping the baby they still gave me a choice.At the moment I am on the depo injection which you get every three months and even though I know my docter I prefer to have it at family planning .I hope this opinion is useful.The family planning centers offer the following methods of contraception the mini pill,the pill,condoms,iud(aka the coil)and the depo injection.The depo is an injection every three months which somehow stops you getting preganant although the five year implant is not avaliable at all family planning centers yet.
