This was a journey they took everyday. Leaving home at 0530 to travel into London to open their café. This morning was no different to any other, dark and cold, not the crisp fresh cold of previous mornings more a damp misty cold. As with every other morning traffic was light and the heater slowed reactions. Neither of them was prepared for the wrenching crunch of twisted metal as the motorcycle in front of them was hit from the side by a scooter. He braked hard, but she had nothing to do but watch as the motorcycle rider was flung into the air like a rag doll. There has been a re-emergence of old, tried and tested home remedies, in recent years. Aromatherapy which uses natural essential oils from plants and trees is becoming very popular. Herbalism and homeopathy both draw on 'old' knowledge and natural ways of healing which have been around since the ancient Egyptians. I set out to build myself a first aid of natural remedies. My choice of contents for the first aid cupboard is based on my own knowledge (I am a qualified holistic therapist), research and trial and error. The rest of this opinion explains what I selected and how efective it actually was. Most of the ... Read the complete review
