Ginkgo Biloba is one of the lesser known herbal supplements currently available, which is surprising given the amount of health benefits attributed to it. As it tends to live in the shadow of more highly publicised herbs such as Saint Johns Wort, Echinacea and Ginseng, many people who could potentially benefit from it have never heard of it - I hope some of those people will be reading this op! Ginko Biloba has had many write ups in the media but there is always a tinge of doubt about such recommendations. It is surprising, for example, how often an advert for the product will follow on from the article - not, therefore, exactly an independent opinion. I will, however, give you a true example of how Ginko has helped my wife with circulation problems. My wife does a lot of dressmaking and her fingers frequently kept going numb. Worse followed when her whole lower arm lost feeling when she was cycling. This obviously caused her some concern so she went to the doctor, could he help?
