Advantages: Striking shade, Good price, non drip

Disadvantages: rubbish conditioner, fades, stains the bath!

I selcted this dye because of the gorgeous shade . This is basically a good product but there are a few pros and cons.

On the plus side this is a gorgous shade which takes well even on dark hair and gives a lovely vibrant dark red. Hair also has a lovely shine.
Comparatively to some of the other home dyes the price is pretty reasonable, Superdrug often have on low price or special offer and can generally be bought for under six pounds.
The dye does not drip either so there's less mess than usual.

On the down side it doesnt smell to great and it requires a good amount of rinsing. The conditioning product is a bit disappointing and you may want to use a leave in conditoner when youve just used the product. The colour also stains if you have a white bath, you may need to get the bleach out or it'll look like you've re-enacted Psycho. The shade itself is beautiful and youll want to hang on to the colour as long as possible it can fade considerably within three weeks so use alongside products which are suited to coloured hair
