A few years ago I suddenly became of a fan of the whole juicing fad. Another diet stricken fad had appeared in all the magazines, mainly about eating a lot healthier and basically juicing was incredibly easy to do which would mean you would be able to get your five a day a lot easier. This seemed easy or so I thought. After buying a book and juicer I discovered that it actually isn't just as easy as putting things into a juicer, blending and drinking! It was all about the different combinations! I still use my juicer everyday before and after work as I'm really quite lazy when it comes to getting my five a day, so juicing is a much better option for me!
