I thought I'd review some juicing recipes following my review on "Juicing in General". You may gather that I love juicing! I started a few years ago basically to eat (or drink!) healthier as I seemed to be lazy in eating the recommended daily amount of fruit and veg. Now juicing is not a substitute for this but it certainly helps giving your body the vitamins and minerals is needs to function. Now in my previous review I explained the different combinations and what to put with what to get a certain result. However juicing doesn't have to be done in a certain way.
