I couldn’t wait to get started on this op about my favourite juicing recipes. I had loads of fun writing the op on juicing experiences, in which I extolled the many virtues of juicing. Anyway, I will start with an introduction and follow with the recipes. ~~~~~ It is recommended that we eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables per day, but for some people this can be quite hard, especially those on restricted food intake, or who feel extremely full eating this amount. However, one juice, containing 2 oranges, and 2 grapefruit, eaten with an apple or banana as a snack, gives you the daily recommended allowance all in one go! ...
