Premium Review Kinesiology: Body Talking (1320 words)

"Come into my surgery" he invited, pointing to a door on the left. I was skeptical, but having been ill for so long I would have tried anything. When someone suggested Kinesiology, I was skeptical, it all sounded a bit "new age" and to be honest, a bit of a fad. ~~~What is kinesiology?~~ Kinesiology is the cross-disciplinary study of physical activity, the performance of physical activities and a range of movement-related professional practices. Kinesiology is the study of movement. The term is fashioned from two Greek verbs, kinein and logus, which mean to move and to discourse, respectively. It also helps to target brain areas and circuits that have been involved in a wide variety of difficulties including learning, memory, ...  Read the complete review

If you suffer from unexplained tiredness, bloatedness, headaches, dry mouth, constipation, dark under eye circles, stiff muscles and joints, erratic mood swings (which tend to be worse in the morning) and lethargy, then you could be suffering from a food intollorance. You could visit your doctor, but in my experience, doctors are not very up to date with food intolorances or testing and may just fob you off (as they did me). Kinesiology works by placing small test tubes onto your stomach and the tester presses down on your arm. If your muscle gives way, your arm will press down as your muscle reacts against the substance in the test tube. If your ...  Read the complete review

Muscle Testing For Alergies - it works .... (274 words)

I have suffered a lot with allergies , I went to the Doctor but he was not really much help . I told him that my tonsils became inflammed whenever I ate citrus fruits . It was a nightmare I couldn't drink orange juice or eat anything with lemon , lime or grapefruit in it . The Doctor told me it was unlikely to be the friuts causing the reaction . I know for sure I was fine until I unspectingly ate some citrus fruit in whatever form . I heard about muscle testing at my local chemist . First of all I though it was a bit of an airy fairy idea ans would never work . It cost about 25 pounds but I thought it was worth it . I had to lie down on a ...  Read the complete review
