The front page of this site is not very inspiring and is a bit overcrowded. However, the products they sell are brilliant and it is quite easy to find what you want from the navigation. I have loads of favourite products but the bath ballistics are particularly great. They provide good information on product ingredients and what effect the different ingredients will have. They use lots of natural and fresh ingredients such as fruit, plant extracts and oils. It is also a good place to find really nice gifts which are sorted into three price ranges with some excellent things for under £5. Most come already wrapped. I found the ordering process very simple and my order arrived in good time. There is also a quick order process for those who already know what they want. They also seem to be in touch with the customers and to listen to them. This is a great site with fantastic products – shopping heaven.
