Advantages: Smell is gorgeous, Leaves skin feeling gorgeous, Generally gorgeous product!
Disadvantages: tub is not big enough
This was the first Lush product I ever bought and it’s still my favourite. I love the name, I love the smell and I love what it does to my skin! What is it? Silky underwear is the name of one of Lush’s dusting powders. Use it like talcum powder, but it is far far superior to any talc I’ve ever used as it leaves your skin feeling amazingly smooth and soft! In with the powder are tiny bits of actual cocoa butter which smooth into your skin, to moisturise it, when you are applying the powder. Lush suggest it’s a perfect alternative to underwear, I cannot vouch for this – yet! ;) Why do I like it? It smells divine; a mixture of vanilla, jasmine and cocoa butter which, for some reason, reminds me of holidays. It leaves your skin (especially your legs) feeling really smooth and soft and sexy! I love using it after a bath or shower to make myself feel pampered! It uses all natural ingredients and so I don’t have to worry about shoving loads of chemicals on my skin or allergic reactions. Application: Rub it all over your body! I especially like using it on my legs after shaving. Make sure your skin is dry when you apply it or, like talc, it will go all pasty and be difficult to put on. Where can I get it? You can buy it in Lush Stores over the counter or alternatively you can buy online at their website www.lush.co.uk . Cost/Value-For-Money A 100g tub costs £3.95 and this lasted me a couple of months. It’s well worth the money and I prefer it to more expensive moisturisers/talcs. You can only buy the one size of tub. Ingredients: The ingredients are all natural and the produce is not tested on animals. Cornstarch (Zea mays), Kaolin, Cocoa Butter (Theobroma cacao), Magnesium Carbonate, Perfume, Jasmine Oil, Vanilla (Vanilla Planifolia), GardeniaExtract (Gardenia Jasminoides). Conclusion: This is a wonderful product,
one which I will always endeavour to have on my person! For more info: www.lush.co.uk
