Advantages: chicks love it, smells great, nice shops

Guys always think that skin care and nice bath and body products are for girls. Well think again, I was introduced to Lush by my Girlfriend (now Ex, she ran off with a now Ex mate). She would always drag me in to the shop as we were passing it, you would always know when you were in the proximaty of the shop as the intoxicating smell travels for miles, well a few hundred feet at least. I used to feel quite a ponce standing about in that shop as my girlfriend pottered about stacking her arms up with smelly stuff.

I did notice at the time that the shop seem to attract a lot of nice ladies, all very polite, nodding and smiling to at each other and me, it seems like that intoxiacting smell makes everyone extra nice.

Well since I had split up with my Girlfriend and no longer had the use of her selection of products (especially the shower gels) I swallowed my male pride and venture into Lush unaccompanied and unaided.

I was very pleasantly surprised, I had been lingering nervously around the Shower gels trying to remember the name of the shower gel I had used but you know what us men are like we tend to overlook the smaller issues like the name of the products. after several minutes of careful study, a young lady came over and asked if she could be of assitance. I explained that i had used the shower gel before and couldn't remember the name of it. So with the brains that god had given her and quite obviously not me, she uncapped the bottles and got me to sniff, well two bottles in and i had found the culpret with easy, a sassy little number to wake me up in the morning.

The outcome of the trip really is quite funny, I ended buying 3 bottles of the shower gel, 6 bath ballistic (which I have become very fong of, they are great after a game of footie), a massage bar (if my luck with ladies ever changes), 2 rather strange looking soap which she convinced me would look great in my white and blue bathroom and a face mask for combinat
ion skin (???????????).

I spent about 40 pounds, but i did'nt feel robbed, it was a pleasurable experience, one i would recommened to any man. The products really are great, they tend to be herbal or fruity so they aren't smelling femanine on you, they dont clash with your Hugo Boss After Shave and no one tells you that you smell like a big girls blouse.

I found the service to be excellent very helpful, the assitance really know there stuff and are jolly and funny and don't patronise you like some can.

I now go probably once a month to stock up on my favorite bits.

I am proud to be a man who uses lush, and thanks to them and there combination fresh face mask very clear skin.
