Advantages: Sell some lush food

Disadvantages: Clue staff up

I tend to go to Marks and Spencers a few times a week, mainly for their quick lunch fridge for a sandwich and some pasta, but I often buy a lot more from there too.
It is more expensive than other supermarkets, but most of their goods are worth the price. I couldnt afford to do my weekly shop there though, which is a shame!
My local M&S is only a small branch, the front half of the shop is where the clothing for men and women are sold, and the back half is where the food products are. The staff are always friendly and polite, and if there are lots of queues they open more tills to stop people hanging around.
The only problem I have had, is when I went in to make a query about ordering a cake a month or so ago. Nobody seemed to be able to answer my - pretty simple - question, it took 5 people to give me a date I needed to order by! So maybe they should clue their staff up a bit more about the ordering in bit, but that is likely to just be my local store.

Summary: A good store all round
