Advantages: Great produce!

Disadvantages: A bit expensive!

I know now a days that Marks and Spencer's or marks and Sparks as we call it round our way, is seen by the younger generation as a shop for the old fogies and perhaps they are right but being as I am one of the old fogies they refer to, I love it.

Marks and Spencer's offer great food and great clothing that you won't find anywhere else on the high street but it is true that they are a bit expensive.

Many people would not even consider doing a food shop in Marks and Spencer`s because they could do the same shop in Asda or Tesco for half the price.

Trouble there is that the food you get from Tesco or Asda will not be of even half the quality of the excellent fresh produce that is on offer at Marks and Spencer`s.

As far as the clothing goes, I know it is not the most fashionable but I am past all that business and what matters to me is that the clothing I buy is of good quality and will be long lasting (ie) keep its shape when washed and the likes.

Marks and Spencer's clothing is of very high quality and I have never had a problem with a garment bought from this store in almost twenty years of shopping there.

They also do a great range of underwear and this is not just for the older people like myself, yes they do granny knickers and corsets but they also do very cute girlie stuff too and I am not against wearing a nice thong from time to time (too much information I know)!!

The long and the short of it though is that everyone should at least give this shop a try and I am sure that most will not be disappointed!
