Feeling low, tired and a bit sorry for myself I laid on the most uncomfortable sofa ever sulking. The other half had became majority annoyed with me a few hours ago and left me to wallow in self pity, not that I was really complaining. The thing was I had had such a stressful day, one of those where you come home and want to do two one of two things, either put your fist through a wall or have mind blowing sex. I had not done either of these and was extremely wound up and tense. After watching some rubbish on tv, that I really couldn’t be bothered with I decided to lay down in bed, I love my bed it’s so comfy and relaxing. As I did my boyfriend ... Read the complete review

Massage can be defined as the manipulation of the soft tissues and muscles of the body for therapeutic purposes. It has amazing self healing effects on the body and mind achieving a holistic (or whole) approach. What effects does massage have on the body? Massage can stimulate and relax the body and mind. The skin, blood and lymphatic systems are stimulated, which boosts circulation, aids cellular renewal and removes toxic wastes. As tense muscles relax, stiff joints losen and nerves are soothed. THE NERVOUS SYSTEM- This is a highly complex network which relays messages from the brain to the rest of the body. Millions of nerve endings run ... Read the complete review

Unless you’ve reached what humanist psychologists call ‘self-actualisation’ and thus live in harmony and peace with the world (which, by the way, I highly doubt), I’m guessing that at one point or another you’ve felt stressed out. Day-to-day stress, exam worries, work woes, child induced headaches or simply feeling worn out are all problems that have one easy, and extremely nice, solution. That solution is to book yourself an aromatherapy massage. ***** What to expect ***** This kind of massage is different from your bog standard one in that the masseuse makes use of natural oils which have been proven to relax and calm. It’s an incredibly nice ... Read the complete review

Okay Let's look at Massage - it's funny the way some people still conjure up lovely images of those dodgy lil' "massage" parlours down some crummy down-town side-street, but there is a lot more to massage than sexual benefits and quick thrills (honest!). :) I'm officially qualified to give massages and set up my own (undodgy) little parlour thingy of my own (sounds good huh?). Massage is used for a number of reasons: O Relaxation O Stress relief O Muscular tension relief O To help drain the tissues of harmful toxins O Fun o The sexy bits of course!!! First of all, if you decide to have ... Read the complete review

Did you know that minutes after the birth of a baby, they can recognise their mother by smell alone? The next thing they recognise is touch. The feeling of skin next to skin. Whether its from a mother nursing her baby or stroking their face, a mother's touch is sure to calm a crying baby. If I were to ask you as a loving parent what are the fundamental factors that you provide for your baby which are vital to his survival?, you would probably say : the need to give your baby enough to eat, the need to protect it from extremes of heat or cold. There may well be other factors that spring to mind. How many of you though would consider that touch would be ... Read the complete review
