P.M.S..Pre. Menstural. Tension. and period pains. This is something us women have to deal with, It totally take,s over our bodies. A bit like an alien possesion, once a month. I blame Eve, if she hadn,t eaten that damn apple,things may have been different. I suffer really badly with P.M.S. even the dog hides from me at times like this. I have always had a bad time of it ,all the usual symptoms, bloated stomach, pains, backache, need I go on?
