HRT – Hormone Replacement Therapy has become as commonplace as taking the pill. Like the pill there are pro’s and cons to be considered. I will begin this opinion by saying that it will not be a technical list of what HRT can and can’t do, but rather the experience of HRT through the eyes of one who benefits from it – me! After the birth of my son I was devastated at how my breasts looked.
