It turned out that I had probably been ill for most of the year, if not all of it and I didn't know. For quite a while I had been very shaky, always feeling nervous and extremely highly strung. I was also sweating a lot, I often had clammy hands and I had lost weight. I was often tearful for no apparent reason, I over-reacted a lot. I was also worrying frequently. I am a natural worrier but this was really bad. The reason I went to the doctors was because I was feeling very tired and run down and also because of the fact I was beginning to get worried about my worrying!
