craig.m craig.m A well research peace. However having to fight with yourself over wether to have the choc bar could cause more stress and so on. I would however like to offer you another angle on your problem. Very often your shampoo and soaps that you put on your body can irritate your psoriasis and cause futher out breaks. Also with a large chunk of your diet missing it is vital that you continue to get your nutrition.
