In November 1993, my husband, Bob, and I had come down with what seemed to be a really nasty case of the flu. Flu season was bad that year. We were supposed to go down to Kennewick, Washington (USA) for Thanksgiving to see my sister and her family. Needless to say, we didn?t make it. Bob and I got over the flu. So I thought. Well, the good news is that at least Bob got well. But I was not so lucky. I kept getting sick. What I mean by that is that I would get well for awhile and then get sick again.
