When I used to have acupuncture for the ME I have had for a while now, the therapist was also a leading naturopath and as I believe that to a certain extent you are what you eat I must admit I was fascinated. He made me write down a list of everything I ate over a period of one week, and I mean EVERYTHING. If I sucked on a polo while I waited for my daughter to come out of School, it had to be written down. If I ate one solitary grape, write it down. I have both benefited from Naturopathy and made a study of it ,also helped my friends with this Natural Therapy . I benefited from it when I had anorexia , the Naturopath that treated me used acupuncture ,herbs and ,and diet to treat his patients .He also cured a friend of mine of pnuemonia when she was in crisis ,because antibiotics didnt suit her. He did effect a cure for me in 1 month as I followed the diet perscribed,he explained that my problem was with my kidneys,once they began to function better the anorexia ,which was of a years standing cleared up, I was amazed!!
